How was BodyCafé born?

We all are stuck in an endless battle of us versus stress. From the moment we wake up till we're back in our bed again there is a constant simmering of to-do lists. It's only a matter of time when it all boils over. Amidst this manic hustle-bustle of life, we realised that people want a healthy lifestyle where all is well. All they need is a little support to help them start investing in themselves. Thus, BodyCafé was born.

Imagine having products that take care of your grooming, pets, kids, home and are completely natural, handmade and environmentally conscious.

Raise awareness of the benefits of organic products made from forgotten ancient Indian ingredients, Ayurveda and Healing Aromatherapy.

We realised most people do not have access to off-the-shelf products that offer them ancient remedies and are price sensitive. They dedicate a ‘self-care Sunday’ to make these combinations at home, which is not sustainable. We address this directly, by hand making our products with the quality of age-old remedies and nature’s goodness and give our users an affordable packed product. 

BodyCafé is a beauty and wellness brand deeply inspired by ancient home remedies (gharelu nuskhe), nature (prakriti), Ayurveda & Healing Aromatherapy. 

 

The USP of our brand is that we infuse the goodness of healing Aromatherapy in our products wherein we ensure our users feel an overall sense of emotional well being in addition to experiencing the highest standards of personal grooming.

 

Painstaking research, highest standards of purity, authenticity, quality, and ethical sourcing of organic ingredients go into the making of our products.

Through our brand, we aim to empower the Indian agriculturalists - the REAL GROWERS and strongly focus on the community grown products of India. For instance we procure Lakadong Turmeric from Padma Shri awardee Trinity Saioo also known as the Turmeric lady of India who is credited with spearheading the women led turmeric farming in the North East of India and has empowered over 800 women farmers. 

We offer a wide range of products that are categorised under daily grooming, wellness, home care, childcare and pet care.
Under the daily grooming section we cater to three major categories, viz, Facial Care, Body Care and Hair Care. These products are further classified under Lifestyle range for everyday use, and Spa & Luxury range to help you treat yourself to a revitalising spa experience. 
We also provide you with bespoke hampers and travelling kits of our products so that nothing comes between you and a healthy lifestyle.

We handcraft our products so that our users do not compromise on the quality of the product.
We also do customised gift hampers. This gives our users the option to not just enjoy our products but also have them made as per their choice and preference. A perfect gift for your loved ones, friends, family, guests and employees etc.
Another major USP of our brand is that we theme our products during festive times. On one occasion, we decided to pay homage to Indian spices and introduced Star Anise Cinnamon bathing bar, Peppermint & Patchouli bathing bar while the other season, we launched a spa range based on evergreen cocktail flavours such as Pina Colada, Watermelon Margarita etc.
Christmas season is something that you must keep a look out for.
We launch a collection keeping in mind the festive spirit e.g. Pumpkin Spice body wash, Cotton Candy Bath Cream, Gingerbread face and body scrub to name a few.

The products are handcrafted with love and are cruelty free.
Our manufacturing, bottling and packing process follows a standard procedure and has all the requirements for quality assurance.

Our packing is done by women who are warriors of domestic and marital abuse. 

Additionally, with the revenue that we generate, we allocate a considerable amount to supply Covid and daily essentials to orphanages and old age homes. Contact our team should you wish to make any donations. We will help facilitate the same.

Furthermore, we set up a small unit in the North East (Guwahati, Assam) to supply Covid Family Safety Kits across India wherein we have employed youth who have lost their jobs during this current pandemic.
